Damp and cloudy conditions meant only a small but hardy group participated in this otherwise popular hike, led by Jerry Monahan. (This hike usually coincides with warm dry spring weather.) The route sets off from the edge of a subdivision/golf course just west of Osoyoos and climbs the ridge until views south into the Similkameen Valley and west to the Kilpoola Grasslands open up. After that the hike turns north and follows the ridge as it climbs high above Osoyoos Lake.
